The jaunty tunes of calliope music, the smell of popcorn and the nostalgia of a bygone era will fill the Gallery at 48 Natoma during the next gallery exhibit, Carousel.
The Gallery at 48 Natoma will grab the brass ring with spectacular photography of carousels from all over the world by Jim Berger and fantastic carousel horse sculptures by Thelma White. An interesting selection of carousel artifacts will also be included. From April 12 to June 24, 2021, in the adjacent Community Gallery at 48 Natoma, the membership of the El Dorado Hills Arts Association has on display a variety of work.

All aboard! The Folsom Valley Railway miniature steam train has reopened! The train operates from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $3/person and available for purchase onsite directly from the train operator.
Folsom Valley Railway has been in continuous operation since 1970. It is the only 12 inch gauge railroad remaining in the United States, and only one of seven miniature scale replica steam-powered railroads in public operation. The Railway operates two scale authentic miniature steam engines on a 4/5 mile of track. The open car round trip ride lasts approximately 10 minutes.
