The City of Folsom is offering FREE hand sanitizer to Folsom residents. The California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) provided the city with 16.9oz bottles of hand sanitizer that we will distribute to residents. We will limit each residential house to 2 bottles of hand sanitizer.
